This beautiful, contemporary new build house has an open layout, perfect for relaxing and visiting friends. The house is perfectly laid out with all the amenities that you would require. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms which is perfect for sharing the space. It is a real home from home. The location is ideal for trips in Newcastle. The location is very accessible for main roads to visit the coast and Newcastle upon Tyne. The house is also situated right by Longbenton Metro station. Which is six stops into Newcastle city centre.

The space

The house has a contemporary, light and airy feel to it with tall windows letting lots of light in. The lounge has a smart TV and WiFi throughout. There is a three seater sofa bed in the lounge if needed for extra people. There is also an open plan breakfast bar in the lounge for use at meal times.

The bedrooms have comfy beds and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom also contains a bunk bed and plenty of storage. (Extra bedding is available if needed).

The bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle fitted with separate bath and separate sinks. The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob and oven with plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery.

Guest access

The whole house is available for rent . I can meet guests on arrival to show them around and pass over the keys or they may use the keysafe/lockbox to check themselves in.

Very close to restaurants, shops and visiting local attractions. All the city’s university’s, cafes, theatres, cinemas and St. James’s Park are within a metro journey with the nearest stop just seconds from the accommodation. The city centre is a 10 min drive with Gosforth park very close by for outdoor exercise and picnics. Free car parking space and garage is included with the stay.

Other things to note

Free parking is available and additional permit parking is available for on street at an additional cost. As mentioned, the Metro as less than a 30 second walk which can get to you anywhere in the local region.
